Remote Account Manager – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused Account Manager to join a fast‑growing US‑based company in the Parking and Mobility industry. This fully remote position serves clients throughout Latin America, helping them expand revenue and enjoy top‑tier service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Identify growth opportunities and support clients in increasing their revenue.
• Communicate daily with clients, addressing issues professionally and promptly.
• Keep internal systems and account records up to date.
• Participate in additional projects and tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or customer success.
• Bilingual proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Comfortable working Monday‑Friday, Central Standard Time hours.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem‑solving ability.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working independently or within a team.
