Remote Account Manager

About the role

OneLocal is looking for a remote Account Manager to own the success of a high‑volume portfolio of local businesses. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clients get the most out of our all‑in‑one digital marketing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 100+ SMB clients, driving net retention and growth.
• Lead regular strategic business reviews to showcase ROI and align solutions with client goals.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Implementation Specialists, Digital Marketing Experts, and Marketing Strategists to deliver seamless service.
• Identify churn risks or technical obstacles early and implement proactive solutions.
• Champion platform adoption, turning clients into long‑term brand advocates.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a Client Success Manager or Account Manager in a SaaS, marketing agency, or tech‑startup environment.
• Proven ability to handle a high volume of SMB accounts.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable, fast‑paced work style and willingness to question the status‑quo.
• Professionalism, honesty, and strong organizational follow‑up.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
