Reliability & Asset Integrity Engineer – Power Systems (Relocation to Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are looking for a Reliability & Asset Integrity Engineer to join the Reliability & Asset Management Division within the Power Systems Projects & Technical Support Department. The role is based in Saudi Arabia and involves full relocation with a permanent expatriate package.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) models for electrical substations and distribution networks.
• Design and implement Reliability‑Centered Maintenance (RCM) processes focused on equipment function.
• Create and manage short‑ and long‑term asset management policies, strategies and work plans aligned with the company’s Strategic Asset Management Program.
• Oversee substation assets using the Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS) and manage HV electrical equipment life‑cycle processes.
• Conduct single‑point‑of‑failure assessments and risk‑based maintenance evaluations.
• Perform asset failure trending, root‑cause analysis (RCA) and apply techniques such as Six Sigma and Advanced Process Monitoring (APM).
• Generate monthly reliability reports (MTBF, MTTR, KPI updates) and track technical KPIs for transmission & distribution assets.
• Utilize SAP FRACAS to document unreliability events and drive reliability improvement initiatives.
