Regional Vice President of Sales, Data Foundation – Southern Cone & Andean Region

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales, Data Foundation to lead our go‑to‑market effort across the Southern Cone and Andean markets (Chile, Peru and Argentina). The role will drive growth of MuleSoft and Informatica‑based integration and data‑management solutions, while shaping strategy and building a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and coach a team of Account Executives in Chile, Peru and Argentina, fostering pipeline generation and opportunity identification.
• Define and own the regional go‑to‑market strategy, including revenue forecasting, sales activity reporting and talent gap analysis.
• Partner with C‑level customers and internal stakeholders to craft compelling value propositions and close strategic deals.
• Represent Data Foundation at local and corporate events, strengthening brand presence and ecosystem partnerships with MuleSoft and Informatica.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise‑software or IT sales teams.
• Proven record of prospecting, opening new accounts and expanding existing relationships through a consultative approach.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C‑suite relationships and develop strategic account plans.
• Deep knowledge of the integration software landscape and target market segments.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.
