Regional Vice President of Sales, Data Foundation (Southern Cone & Andean)

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales, Data Foundation to lead a high‑performing team of Account Executives across Chile, Peru and Argentina. The role focuses on driving growth in the integration and data‑management market, leveraging MuleSoft and Informatica solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Account Executives in Chile, Peru and Argentina through recruiting, onboarding and ongoing mentorship to generate pipeline and identify opportunities.
• Define and own the regional go‑to‑market strategy, including revenue forecasting, sales activity reporting and addressing skill gaps.
• Partner with customers and internal executives to craft compelling points of view and close strategic deals across the Southern Cone and Andean markets.
• Represent Data Foundation at local and corporate events, strengthening brand presence and partner relationships within the MuleSoft and Informatica ecosystem.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience leading a sales team in enterprise software or information technology.
• Proven track record of prospecting, opening new accounts and expanding existing ones through a consultative sales approach.
• Experience building and maintaining C‑suite relationships and developing strategic account plans.
• Strong understanding of the integration software landscape, competitive dynamics and target market segments.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
