Regional Vice President, Data Foundation Sales – Southern Cone & Andean Region

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales, Data Foundation to lead a high‑performing team of Account Executives across Chile, Peru and Argentina. You will shape the go‑to‑market strategy for integration and data‑management solutions, focusing on MuleSoft and Informatica, while building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Account Executives in the region, overseeing recruiting, onboarding and mentorship to drive pipeline growth.
• Own regional go‑to‑market strategy, including revenue forecasting, sales activity reporting and identifying skill gaps.
• Partner with customers and internal executives to create compelling points of view and close strategic deals.
• Represent Data Foundation at local and corporate events to strengthen brand presence and ecosystem partnerships.

Required profile

• 5+ years leading sales teams in enterprise software or IT.
• Proven record of prospecting, opening new accounts and growing existing ones with a consultative approach.
• Experience building C‑suite relationships and strategic account plans.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.
