Regional Senior Medical Manager – Oncology LATAM

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Regional Senior Medical Manager to lead Oncology medical affairs across LATAM, based in Colombia, Mexico or Brazil. The role partners with global and local teams to shape strategy, drive data generation and engage key external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑lead and execute the regional medical affairs strategy in alignment with the global IBVT and worldwide medical affairs strategy.
• Drive data‑generation activities as the study responsible physician, ensuring compliance with SOPs and MAO.
• Collaborate with global and local MAF teams to translate local needs into the global strategy and cascade initiatives.
• Engage external experts and stakeholders to gather insights and shape the therapeutic environment.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Medical Affairs with at least three years in a relevant therapeutic area.
• Deep scientific knowledge of oncology drug development, including clinical trials, real‑world evidence and publication planning.
• Proven ability to work in matrix environments, influence cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Fluency in English; adherence to Johnson & Johnson Credo values.
