Regional Sales Manager – Argentina

About the role

Airswift is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Argentina to drive sales growth for a global leader in industrial dry‑ice blasting, surface preparation, and industrial painting services. The role combines business development, client engagement, and project support to deliver an outstanding customer experience and sustained revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a country‑level sales strategy aligned with regional growth goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the power generation and industrial sectors.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Manage proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry trade shows.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience in industrial services or technical environments.
• Experience working with power plants or related industrial sectors.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and consultative selling.
• Knowledge of HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) and thermal engineering concepts.
• Familiarity with power plant operations and the industrial sector.
