Recruitment Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the role

Viva Talent is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Manager to build and execute a multi‑channel candidate demand generation strategy across Latin America. The role will start as a hands‑on position and evolve into a leadership function as the team grows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage a multi‑channel recruitment marketing strategy, with social media as a core pillar.
• Develop, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok and other platforms.
• Create original organic social content and coordinate influencer or staff‑generated content.
• Analyse performance data to increase qualified candidate volume and link campaigns to hiring outcomes.
• Identify and implement processes, tools, and partner support needed for scalable candidate generation.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a marketing manager role, including at least 2 years of people‑management experience.
• Proven track record building multi‑channel demand‑generation strategies and improving lead or application volume.
• Hands‑on experience with paid social campaigns and performance optimisation.
• Strong English communication (C1+), both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Paid‑social platforms: LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok.
• Automation and workflow tools: LLMs, Zapier, n8n, Lovable.
• CRM systems and AI‑driven workflow optimisation.
