Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Recruiting Coordinator to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our client in Latin America. You will partner closely with hiring managers, screen candidates, and ensure a smooth interview and onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the recruitment process from intake meetings to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Schedule and conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Post openings on job boards and recruitment platforms, and identify effective sourcing channels.
• Review, screen, and pre‑interview resumes to assess fit.
• Present short‑listed candidates with screening notes and recommendations.
• Arrange and manage interview logistics, administer assessments, and share results.
• Conduct reference checks and provide feedback to hiring managers.
• Extend verbal offers, communicate acceptance, and support onboarding coordination.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Experience supporting recruitment or talent acquisition processes.
• Strong understanding of recruiting principles and candidate evaluation.
• Proven ability to post jobs and source candidates through various platforms.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
