Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across multiple industries. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for fit and qualifications.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and job specifications.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate data and recruitment progress.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates through market research and networking.
• Provide a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with HR software and recruiting tools.
