Recruiter (Remote – Argentina)

About the role

Kelly is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a multinational manufacturing client with a strong presence across LATAM. This fully remote contractor position focuses on full‑cycle talent acquisition for a variety of functions, including manufacturing, operations, and corporate roles.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for 10–20 open positions simultaneously.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs, timelines, and priorities.
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates across the LATAM market.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and oversee offer processes.
• Maintain compliance with RPO workflows, documentation standards, and SLAs.
• Provide data‑driven updates to hiring leaders and talent stakeholders.
• Deliver a high‑touch, white‑glove candidate experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in RPO, staffing agency, or global TA environments.
• Proven track record recruiting for technical, professional, and managerial roles.
• Fluency in English (required) and strong knowledge of the LATAM market.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and service level agreements.
• Highly detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and comfortable working within structured systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and candidate communication skills.
• Based in Argentina, preferably Neuquén province.
