Recruiter – Full Life Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a driven Recruiter to lead full‑life‑cycle talent acquisition for its Commercial business unit. You will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through internal databases, job boards, social networks, campus events and other channels.
• Build and maintain pipelines of diverse talent for current openings and future initiatives.
• Represent Syneos Health at networking, industry and campus events to enhance employer brand.
• Maintain candidate data and workflow in the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, finance and PMO teams to align recruitment strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor hiring practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency or staffing environment.
• Proven track record recruiting for multidisciplinary positions in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong relationship‑building abilities and capacity to engage candidates and leaders at all levels.
• High integrity, results‑oriented mindset and proactive initiative.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
