Human Resources Intern – Consulting Sector

About the role

Join IBM Consulting as a Human Resources Intern in the Business Transformation team. You will work closely with senior consultants to help clients improve their HR operations, policies, and overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and analyze clients' current business strategies and performance gaps.
• Assist in developing transformation recommendations that align performance, stability, and teaming factors.
• Participate in the analysis of HR programs and propose improvement solutions.
• Support the revision and implementation of HR policies while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Help communicate complex ideas to clients and contribute to solution development.

Required profile

• Advanced student (2nd or 3rd year) in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• Interest in business strategy analysis and HR program development.
• Basic understanding of compliance and effective communication.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
