Record to Report Accounting Junior Analyst

About the role

The GL Junior Analyst reports directly to the GL Team Lead and supports day‑to‑day general ledger operations, including bank and account reconciliations, accounting, and reporting. This role offers hands‑on experience working with experienced professionals in a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform bank and account reconciliations and analyze account discrepancies.
• Receive, review, and post journal entries from local teams and other business units.
• Answer inquiries from leaders and local entities with a focus on customer experience.
• Identify improvement opportunities and trigger new projects.
• Maintain organized, up‑to‑date financial records and documentation.
• Prepare and update desktop procedures at least twice a year.
• Track activities and time consumption in a capacity file.

Required profile

• Student in 3rd or 4th year of Public Accounting or Business Administration.
• Intermediate to advanced English and mandatory Spanish.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Digital mindset for systems automation and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Suite.
