About the role

The Reconciliations & Accounting Analysis Senior Analyst will join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires, supporting the Finance practice with detailed financial analysis, record management and compliance. This senior associate position focuses on delivering accurate financial insights and building strong client relationships while navigating complex situations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making and optimise performance.
• Manage financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Analyse complex data sets and provide accurate financial insights and recommendations.
• Develop and present financial reports to stakeholders.
• Implement account reconciliation processes to maintain data integrity.
• Provide accounting advisory guidance on reporting and policy adherence.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance financial reporting and general ledger maintenance.
• Build meaningful client relationships and inspire team members.

Required profile

• Senior associate level with experience in finance or accounting.
• Ability to anticipate team and client needs and deliver quality work.
• Comfort with ambiguity and complex situations.
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
