Real Estate Operations & Procurement Analyst (Architecture/Administration)

About the role

We are looking for a professional with an architecture, business administration or technical construction background to lead Real Estate Operations and Procurement for our US portfolio from our Buenos Aires office. You will act as the operational backbone, ensuring properties are maintained cost‑effectively while coordinating remote teams and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Cost Control: Analyse Scopes of Work, track general contractors, negotiate rates and reduce purchasing costs.
• Maintenance Dispatch: Diagnose remote issues, dispatch vendors, and manage work orders and rent‑ready processes using Buildium.
• Handyman Coordination: Schedule and optimise the daily route of the in‑house handyman in Jacksonville.
• Billing & Control: Track hours and materials used by the handyman and bill property owners accurately.
• Procurement & Purchasing: Coordinate purchases for new construction projects, optimise budgets and logistics.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Business Administration or Technical Construction (e.g., Técnico en Construcciones / Maestro Mayor de Obra).
• Fluent/bilingual English – mandatory for phone negotiations with US contractors, vendors, tenants and clients.
• Strong technical and administrative aptitude, high attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
