Quality Systems Analyst (Buenos Aires)

About the role

The Coca-Cola Company is looking for a Quality Systems Analyst to join its team at the Buenos Aires Concentrates Plant. The role supports the Integrated Business Management System (IBMS), ensures compliance with KORE requirements and strengthens operational excellence through audits, risk management and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an effective, up-to-date Integrated Management System compliant with corporate, regulatory and international requirements
• Act as subject matter expert on KORE requirements and guide others on compliance
• Lead the Document Control Program in EtQ Reliance, ensuring accurate, accessible and governed documentation
• Promote continual improvement: quality notifications, CAPA, root cause analysis and organizational learning
• Support internal audit programs (GMP, Food Defense, management system audits) and help build a network of internal auditors
• Maintain quality system platforms such as EtQ Reliance and train users
• Partner with Food Safety, Food Defense and Food Fraud teams on allergen management and FSSC 22000, FSMA compliance
• Coordinate external audits with certification bodies and close findings
• Monitor system performance, prepare management review inputs and support change management
• Support ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 and coordinate ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 17025 activities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in quality systems, food safety, QA or integrated management systems in food manufacturing
• Experience with quality and food safety systems in a regulated environment and in internal and external audits
• Intermediate English, able to communicate with global stakeholders and interpret corporate requirements

Required skills

• Knowledge of KORE requirements, GMP, food safety principles and international management system standards
• Working knowledge of food manufacturing processes
• Analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills; strong communication and stakeholder management
