Quality Management Manager – ISO 9001/22000 – Buenos Aires

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Management Manager to lead the quality and food‑safety system of a well‑established fragrance company in Buenos Aires. The role reports to senior management and works closely with production, development, supply chain and commercial teams to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate QMS performance across the organization, prepare reports and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze deviations, manage corrective and preventive actions, and monitor their effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulations and corporate standards, guaranteeing product traceability and safety.
• Plan, coordinate and lead internal, customer, certification body and corporate audits, and manage resulting action plans.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to implement quality standards, resolve non‑conformities and support business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Quality Management or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in the food and/or fragrance industry.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
• Proven experience in non‑conformity management, quality audits and handling customer quality claims.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP and FSSC 22000 standards.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and Power BI.
