Quality Control Analyst

About the role

The Quality Control Analyst will ensure compliance with ITT Corporation's Quality and Environmental, Health, Hygiene, and Safety (EHS) standards in its Argentine operations. The role guarantees reliable, safe products and processes that meet corporate, legal, and customer requirements while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Quality Management System according to ITT IP guidelines and international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
• Develop, document, and update procedures, work instructions, control plans, and forms.
• Coordinate inspections and quality controls at receiving, in‑process, and finished‑product stages.
• Handle nonconformities, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and 8D problem‑solving reports.
• Maintain the Quality Register, key performance indicators, and dashboards for corporate use.
• Plan, lead, and follow‑up internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience with quality management systems in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Ability to manage CAPA processes and 8D investigations.
• Experience coordinating and conducting internal audits.
