Quality & Compliance Auditor (Buenos Aires)

About the role

The Quality & Compliance Auditor will support TransPerfect’s Global Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations. Based in Buenos Aires, the role focuses on conducting audits, managing findings, and driving continuous improvement to maintain accreditation and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute audit programs and schedules in line with ISO 9001, ISO 17100, GxP and other relevant standards.
• Host, manage and coordinate customer audits, qualification activities and registrar inspections.
• Resolve audit findings, track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Maintain relationships with client auditors, internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Prepare and present trend analysis reports and support management reviews.
• Assist with RFI/RFP processes, supplier qualification and internal ad‑hoc audits.
• Investigate root causes of non‑conformities and implement effective corrective measures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality assurance, compliance auditing or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 17100 and GxP requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple audit projects and stakeholder communications.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
