QA Engineer – Creative Automation (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

AllShore Talent is looking for a mid‑to‑senior QA Engineer specialized in creative automation to validate end‑to‑end workflows for digital media production. The role focuses on static banner creation using Airtable, AWS, Adobe Photoshop APIs, and Frame.io, with future expansion to motion graphics and video pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Validate asynchronous, event‑driven pipelines from Airtable intake through AWS orchestration to Photoshop APIs and Frame.io, ensuring idempotency, de‑duplication and proper handling of race conditions.
• Design and execute deterministic cache‑lifecycle tests, verify asset versioning, URL‑encoded filenames, and protection of in‑progress uploads.
• Assess AI‑driven cropping, bounding‑box detection, typography, and layout compliance across multiple aspect ratios.
• Document reproducible defects in Jira Cloud with full asset and log context, and evaluate results against acceptance criteria.

Required profile

• Mid‑to‑senior QA engineering experience with digital media workflow, ad‑tech production pipelines, or cloud‑native integration testing.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for edge‑case scenarios, state integrity, and data isolation.

Required skills

• Airtable (field types, formulas, automations, trigger actions)
• Frame.io (API authentication, version stacking, webhook handling)
• Adobe Photoshop APIs (artboards, smart objects, layer hierarchies, PSD/PSB validation)
• AWS services (SQS, DynamoDB, Step Functions, Lambda, S3)
• Jira Cloud (Epics, Stories, Bugs, acceptance criteria)
