Python Developer & Power Apps Engineer (Malaga)

About the role

Talan offers a unique training‑focused position that will launch your career with one of Spain's largest banks. Based in Malaga, you will join a digital transformation team that redesigns, automates and digitalises banking processes to boost efficiency and improve employee and customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing banking processes and design end‑to‑end digital solutions.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards and related Azure services.
• Write clean, scalable code in Python, PySpark or Scala to support data‑driven initiatives.
• Integrate solutions with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Oracle and SharePoint/Dataverse.
• Collaborate with agile teams using Jira and Confluence to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and optimise solution performance, ensuring data quality and process reliability.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and PowerShell.
• At least 3 years overall IT development experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in agile environments.
• Fluent English (C1); Spanish is a plus.
