Purchasing Coordinator

About the role

Join Evolution's international Procurement team at our upcoming studio in Moreno, Argentina. You will be responsible for organizing and executing purchases of equipment and services requested by internal customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain procurement data and documentation according to internal procedures.
• Process purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders from established contracts and suppliers.
• Execute on‑site purchases, including fast or last‑minute acquisitions from local stores.
• Track orders, monitor lead times, and communicate with suppliers and internal customers regarding delays or specification issues.
• Assist with warranty claims, returns, and related supplier issues.
• Stay updated on duty, VAT, and other taxes in the countries where the company operates.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in procurement.
• Experience purchasing equipment and services is an asset.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Secondary or higher education.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and interpersonal skills.
• High sense of responsibility and integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Nav.
