Purchasing Coordinator

About the role

Evolution is expanding its studio in Moreno, Argentina and seeks a Purchasing Coordinator to manage equipment and service acquisitions for internal teams. You will ensure smooth procurement processes, maintain documentation, and support supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and execute purchases of equipment and services requested by internal customers.
• Maintain procurement data and documentation according to internal procedures.
• Process purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders from established contracts and suppliers.
• Perform on‑site purchases, including urgent buys from local stores.
• Track orders, monitor lead times, and communicate any delays or non‑conformities to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with warranty claims, returns, and related supplier issues.
• Stay updated on duty, VAT and other tax obligations in the countries where Evolution operates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in procurement.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong awareness of procurement and purchasing processes.
• Secondary or higher education.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• High sense of responsibility and integrity.
