Property Manager (Virtual Assistant)

About the role

CS Outsource is seeking Mandarin- or Vietnamese‑speaking Virtual Assistants to support property management operations remotely. The role involves communicating with residents, coordinating maintenance, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with residents/tenants in Mandarin or Vietnamese and English.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Follow up on maintenance requests and work orders.
• Assist with resident and property‑related inquiries.
• Update and maintain accurate property and resident records in Buildium.
• Handle administrative and data‑entry tasks, tracking follow‑ups and documentation.

Required profile

• Fluent in Mandarin or Vietnamese with strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related administrative role.
• Buildium experience preferred.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
