Property Manager – Bilingual (French/English) Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who is fluent in French and English to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our long‑term rental portfolio. This remote, full‑time position offers the chance to manage a diverse set of residential properties while working independently within a collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a portfolio of long‑term rental properties.
• Serve as the primary contact for tenants, owners, and vendors in both French and English.
• Coordinate move‑ins, move‑outs, lease renewals, and terminations.
• Handle tenant inquiries, resolve maintenance requests, and liaise with vendors.
• Monitor rent collection, lease compliance, and maintain accurate tenant records.
• Prepare operational and occupancy reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local property‑management regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in long‑term or residential property management.
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• Strong knowledge of lease administration, tenant relations, and property operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities in a remote environment.
