Project Specialist – Finance & Clinical Research (Remote, Argentina)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist to support finance and clinical research activities from a home‑based location in Argentina. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure clinical studies are planned, executed and monitored efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct and communicate clinical study timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
• Gather input from clinical, regulatory and data‑management teams to create comprehensive delivery plans.
• Standardize study processes, oversee operational aspects and resolve issues in compliance with SOP, GCP and local regulations.
• Select sites and vendors, negotiate contracts and manage relationships to secure high‑quality services.
• Prepare trial budgets, monitor expenditures and keep studies within financial targets.
• Track key performance indicators, monitor progress and follow up on deviations.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical project management or related field.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, SOP, GCP and country‑specific regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
