Project Scheduling Engineer - CABA

About the role

Adecco is recruiting a Project Scheduling Engineer for a leading construction company based in CABA (Buenos Aires). The engineer reports to the Deputy Project Manager, Project Manager and Project Controls Manager at headquarters and works closely with project managers and site superintendents.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain project baseline schedules.
• Collect daily updates from the job site and compare actual performance against the approved baseline schedule.
• Conduct time and cost impact analyses to identify and document project delays, assess their impact on schedules and costs, and support the preparation of claims.
• Identify schedule deviations and provide accurate progress reports to support project planning and decision-making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or another related engineering discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in project scheduling or similar roles (mandatory).
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
