Project & Operations Lead – Relocate to Croatia

About the role

We are seeking a Project & Operations Lead for a fast‑growing European villa developer. The position is full‑time, based in Croatia, with relocation support and a paid onboarding period abroad. You will manage day‑to‑day operations and gradually take on general‑manager responsibilities as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and deliver villa construction projects on site.
• Maintain budget discipline and oversee procurement activities.
• Translate master craftsmen’s expertise into documented SOPs, incorporating AI tools where appropriate.
• Build and strengthen the operational backbone to support scaling from 3 to up to 10 villas per year.
• Develop into the General Manager role over time.

Required profile

• Industrial or civil engineering degree with hands‑on site or project‑delivery experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset demonstrated by a personal project, startup, or turnaround experience.
• Fluent English; German or Russian is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Croatia and follow the company‑handled work‑permit process.
