Project Manager (Transcreation & Production)

About the role

OLIVER is looking for a Project Manager to act as the bridge between clients and internal creative teams. You will receive client requests for transcreation and production, coordinate resources, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process daily client requests related to transcreation and production.
• Collaborate with internal operations to develop budget estimates and project plans.
• Assign work to appropriate staff and facilities, monitoring progress through the workflow system.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all projects and their status.
• Gather structured client feedback and share it with relevant teams.
• Monitor and incorporate feedback to continuously improve workflow.
• Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks in technology or asset‑management systems.
• Maintain clear, face‑to‑face communication with clients and manage expectations.
• Handle Asset Librarian duties, ensuring proper organization of client assets.
• Perform content review and copyediting to ensure compliance with briefs and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in account or project management within a creative environment.
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and mentoring junior project managers.
• Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
