Project Manager – Telecom & IT Services

About the role

AudioCodes is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer projects and service delivery within the telecommunications and IT sectors. The role will act as the primary interface between customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful deployment and ongoing operation of AudioCodes solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to create deployment project plans, scopes of work, and schedules.
• Drive customer readiness activities, set and manage expectations, and oversee daily operational aspects of deployments.
• Communicate project and service status internally and externally with customers and partners.
• Maintain project timelines, profitability, and implement lessons learned to improve processes.
• Work with AudioCodes Services delivery teams to ensure a positive customer experience during deployment and operation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience managing project implementations in telecom and data communications, with a focus on voice applications.
• BS/BA or equivalent education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to interact across the organization and with multiple customers.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Results‑oriented, self‑motivated, and accountable for implementation and customer satisfaction targets.
• PMI or other project‑management certifications are a plus.
