About the role

As a Project Manager – PMO at SQUIRE, you will be the central hub for cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring they stay organized, aligned, and on schedule. You will guide projects from concept through launch, helping teams maintain focus and deliver measurable results as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage end‑to‑end project plans for cross‑functional initiatives.
• Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables while controlling scope creep.
• Create, update, and maintain detailed project timelines.
• Identify, mitigate, and communicate project‑level risks.
• Establish communication channels to report status to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Document lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
• Support the PMO leadership in rolling out processes, templates, and best practices.
