Project Manager, Laboratory

About the role

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for its laboratory services. You will coordinate project and programme delivery, resolve issues, and develop team capability while supporting sponsor‑dedicated clinical trials.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Sponsor’s main contact for all ICON services and manage day‑to‑day study activities.
• Attend and represent ICON at Sponsor meetings.
• Manage 10‑15 studies in compliance with Good Clinical Practice.
• Provide regular study progress reports and ICOLAB support to sponsor personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare or a related field.
• Solid project and programme management experience in a laboratory or clinical research setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for representing the company at sponsor meetings.
• Ability to manage multiple studies concurrently while adhering to regulatory standards.
