Project Manager

About the role

Flowserve is seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver projects across its global operations. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure projects meet technical specifications and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project execution, performance, and safety from initiation to completion.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and exceed performance expectations.
• Validate a clean order before work begins and control scope changes through the change‑management system.
• Coordinate activities of matrix‑reporting team members for each project.
• Manage project spending and communicate milestones, status updates, and escalation issues.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• BS or BA degree in a relevant field (or 0‑2 years of relevant experience).
• Experience in program or project management.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Team‑building, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
