Project Manager - Engineering Technology

About the role

The Project Manager will be accountable for one or more medium to large engineering technology projects of medium to high complexity. You will create the project vision, develop planning documents, and manage implementation, reporting and performance to ensure delivery on time, within budget and to scope. The role also supports sales activities by developing proposals, scopes of work and project estimates.

Key responsibilities

• Project Planning – manage the production of project plans, ensuring all activities are identified, organized and resourced.
• Project Scope Management – lead information‑gathering, analysis and stakeholder consultation to define and agree on deliverables.
• Stakeholder Management – plan and execute engagement activities to build effective working relationships and address stakeholder needs.
• Requirements Management – coordinate requirement elicitation, analysis, documentation and verification throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk and Issue Management – identify, evaluate and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies and constraints, escalating when necessary.
• Project Reporting and Review – draft review reports and presentations to communicate progress and outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead medium to large, medium‑to‑high complexity projects.
• Experience supporting sales activities, developing proposals, scopes of work and project estimates.
• Capability to improve processes, coach other project managers and deliver project‑management training.
