Project Manager – CX & Telecom

About the role

Miratech is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technical projects within the Customer Experience (CX) and telecom domains. You will be responsible for delivering both fixed‑scope and time‑and‑material engagements, ensuring they meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full delivery lifecycle of CX and telecom projects, from initiation to closure.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, owners, and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, coordinating with vendors, carriers, and third‑party partners.
• Follow standard project management processes such as scheduling, reporting, change management, and risk tracking.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, IT, Product, Finance, and external partners.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and costs in partnership with Finance teams.
• Prepare regular project updates, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on project management experience, preferably in CX, telecom, or infrastructure environments.
• Proven ability to own scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication throughout a project.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to facilitate meetings and drive decision‑making.
• Experience working in multicultural and distributed team settings.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
