Project Manager – Content Production

About the role

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end content production workflows, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with creative and brand objectives. This operational lead coordinates cross‑functional teams, manages timelines, and drives efficient execution across all stages of content production.

Key responsibilities

• Build responsive, high‑quality WordPress websites using the Avada theme.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution for social and content initiatives, overseeing timelines, calendars, and deliverables across multiple streams.
• Coordinate high‑volume video production schedules, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Create and maintain tasks, trackers, and workflows in Monday.com or similar platforms.
• Track project scope, revisions, deliverables, and hours to align with budgets.
• Serve as primary client liaison, handling communication, approvals, and expectations.
• Lead client status meetings and internal team syncs, gathering feedback for creative and production teams.
• Collaborate on scripts, creative outlines, and production planning; coordinate creators, shoot logistics, and deliverables.
• Prepare shoot briefs, run‑of‑show documents, and production guidelines.
• Partner with editors and designers to manage post‑production timelines and revisions.
• Organize and track creative assets, footage, and final deliverables.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and workflow issues proactively.
• Support reporting and performance tracking related to deliverables and project scope.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience in an agency, social media, or content production environment.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume, multi‑workstream content programs.
• Strong understanding of short‑form video production and social‑first content.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects from planning through final delivery.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
