Project Manager – Clinical Supplies (APM/PM/Sr PM GCS)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end supply chain for clinical trial materials. You will ensure timely distribution, maintain optimal inventory, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to support successful study execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop study‑specific supply plans and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, provide risk assessments, and update project reports.
• Integrate all clinical supplies activities into the overall logistics strategy while ensuring GxP compliance.
• Represent the department in internal and external meetings, strategic projects, and initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance existing supply‑chain tools; support bidding and client interactions as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in clinical supply operations or related supply‑chain roles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent planning, problem‑solving, decision‑making and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
