Project Lead / Project Manager (FSP) – Clinical Trials

About the role

Join the Study Management Team as a Project Lead/Project Manager (FSP) and drive the successful delivery of cross‑functional clinical trial projects. You will act as the primary sponsor contact, ensuring quality, timeline, and cost objectives are met while maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional project teams to deliver clinical trials on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Establish and communicate customer expectations, manage escalation pathways, and ensure compliance with ICH‑GCP, regulatory, and internal SOPs.
• Oversee financial stewardship at the trial level, including contract understanding, budget alignment, and out‑of‑scope activity management.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate secondary project leads when required.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in project or trial management.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross‑functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of therapeutic areas and clinical development guidelines.
