Project Coordinator – Localization (Buenos Aires)

About the role

The Project Coordinator will manage and coordinate the delivery of language and localization projects for a global client base. This role operates in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life‑cycle of multiple localization projects, from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate project phases, predict timelines, and monitor progress.
• Liaise with sales staff to clarify project parameters and negotiate deadlines and rates with vendors.
• Establish and maintain relationships with contract translators and proofreaders worldwide.
• Control project finances, including budgeting and cost tracking.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Perform quality checks at various stages to ensure accuracy.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills.
• University degree, preferably in linguistics or translation.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar corporate role.
• Detail‑oriented with strong multitasking ability.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
• Independent and capable of handling assigned tasks autonomously.
• Experience in translation and localization project management is a strong advantage.
