Project Coordinator Internship – Buenos Aires

About the role

The Project Coordinator Intern will join TransPerfect's Translation Project Management team in Buenos Aires. Working on‑site, you will support the full lifecycle of translation projects and gain exposure to a global, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of translation projects, from brief to delivery.
• Search for suitable linguists in the internal database and negotiate rates with freelancers.
• Prepare job folders, files, and trackers for translation and media tasks.
• Issue purchase orders to vendors and ensure deadlines are met.
• Perform final linguistic checks to verify client requirements.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages are a plus.
• Currently enrolled in a university program related to translation, linguistics, or a similar field.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to meet tight schedules.
• Proactive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and solid problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Computer‑Assisted Translation (CAT) tools.
