Project Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Project Architect to lead the architectural and technical design of our projects, delivering high‑quality BIM‑driven solutions for US‑based clients. You will work in a fast‑growing, innovative environment alongside multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architectural and technical design process, creating creative and functional solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Oversee design quality through regular reviews and guidance to the design team.
• Maintain the integrity of the project documentation set and BIM model, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and up‑to‑date status at all stages.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, and consultants to coordinate design and implementation.
• Participate actively in design and construction coordination, ensuring seamless integration of architectural and technical aspects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design and technical development, preferably in a BIM environment.
• Advanced or native English proficiency.
• Proven experience developing projects for the US market.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and team‑oriented project setup.
• Enthusiastic, quick learner and effective collaborator in multidisciplinary settings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BIM software such as Revit.
• Proficiency with BIM software such as ArchiCAD.
• General BIM workflow expertise.
