Program Manager – Delivery Operations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, people‑oriented Program Manager to lead delivery operations, coordinate stakeholders, and drive project execution within a dynamic service environment. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and financial awareness to manage multiple priorities across cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day project coordination and delivery activities.
• Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Support operational planning and reporting activities.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and drive accountability.
• Maintain project documentation and status reporting.
• Utilize productivity and AI tools to improve efficiency and communication.
• Escalate issues appropriately and facilitate resolution.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or similar roles.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and collaborative.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
