Professional Marketing Manager

About the role

The Professional Marketing Manager will localize and execute professional marketing campaigns across all professional channels in Argentina, driving brand recommendation and market growth for Colgate‑Palmolive. Reporting to the Regional Sr Professional Manager, the role manages relationships with dental professionals and works cross‑functionally to influence commercial policies, pricing and incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Localize and develop professional marketing and detailing materials, clinic branding assets, and in‑office programs.
• Design and execute digital marketing initiatives, manage CRM infrastructure, create email content and optimise the professional website.
• Plan and lead industry congresses, major events and the “Expert Voices” program, including booth design and execution.
• Manage the professional sampling cycle, demand planning, inventory controls and sample customisation for Oral Care Centers.
• Control budgets, track financial performance and ensure ROI alignment with business priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of marketing experience, preferably in pharma or FMCG.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Active driver’s licence.
