About the role

We are seeking a Professional Learning & Development Consultant to join our Commercial team in Argentina. The role blends pedagogical expertise with commercial insight, supporting educators, institutions, and internal teams across Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging face‑to‑face and online training sessions for teachers and institutions.
• Provide pedagogical consultancy aligned with customer needs and institutional goals.
• Support sales processes with academic insights to win and retain business.
• Deliver product training to internal teams and partners.
• Develop tailored learning solutions and programmes for key clients and tenders.
• Research educational trends, competitor products, and pedagogical developments.
• Participate in academic events, forums, and stakeholder meetings.
• Contribute to reports, proposals, and internal documentation.
• Travel within the territory as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering professional development, training, or consultancy in an educational or publishing environment.
• Strong understanding of teaching and learning methodologies and pedagogical practice.
• Confidence in designing and delivering presentations, workshops, and training sessions.
