About the role
The Professional Education Specialist will lead and execute professional education initiatives for Johnson & Johnson's Surgical Vision portfolio across South LATAM, enhancing awareness and adoption among eye care professionals and distributors.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver educational programs that highlight clinical benefits of the Surgical Vision portfolio.
- Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders to develop projects that support category growth and professional development.
- Provide clinical and technical support during customer visits, account meetings, and training activities.
- Ensure all educational activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Medical Doctor (MD) with a specialization in Ophthalmology.
- Experience partnering with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and cross‑functional teams.
