Production / Print Designer

About the role

Dentsu Creative Argentina is looking for a Production / Print Designer to join its Offshore Production & Creative team. The role supports global clients in a fast‑paced environment, delivering high‑quality print and digital assets at scale while ensuring brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure brand guidelines and media specifications are followed for all print and digital executions.
• Produce files that meet color density, size, and specification limits.
• Conduct final quality checks against specification databases before release.
• Collaborate with project management to build layouts under strict design guidelines.
• Maintain company file‑organization and naming standards.
• Decide on extending or creating design guidelines for new or existing campaigns.
• Integrate retouched materials into newly developed templates.
• Develop ideas from concept to final delivery while adhering to brand standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in digital arts, graphic design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in a creative production environment.
• 3+ years of prepress or digital production experience.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a rapidly changing setting.
• Strong understanding of layout principles and campaign resizing.
