Production Manager

About the role

Ferrero is seeking a Production Manager to lead and optimise manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality and performance standards are met. The role drives production targets, cost optimisation and continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety culture by leading initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance and engaging employees.
• Execute agreed production plans on schedule while controlling costs and guaranteeing product quality.
• Manage key production factors, maintaining stability and efficiency of processes.
• Participate in daily (SIM 3) and weekly (SIM 4) production meetings.
• Lead, coordinate and monitor continuous‑improvement projects across the production area.
• Develop and manage the Production Master Plan, including CAPEX investments, KPI tracking and operational objectives.
• Implement operational‑excellence projects using 5S, Kobetsu Kaizen and SMED methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive operational excellence.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Advanced English communication skills.
