Product Owner – AI Workspace for Employee Benefits

About the role

Pasito is building an AI‑native workspace that transforms how employee benefits are designed, delivered and measured. As a Product Owner you will own the end‑to‑end development of key products such as the broker and carrier enrollment workbench and AI extraction tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing iteration.
• Define clear product specifications, write detailed specs and manage execution with engineering, design, data and QA teams.
• Maintain product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure timelines are met.
• Bridge customer needs with product decisions, translating real‑world use cases into actionable requirements.
• Produce high‑quality documentation, release notes and internal updates, and partner with Marketing for product communications.
• Train forward‑deployed, sales and client teams on new features and workflows.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and spoken English (C1 proficiency or higher).
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and low ego, with a collaborative mindset.
• Curious about systems and focused on user‑centric decision making.
• 2–5 years of experience in product, engineering or a similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, design and technical teams.
• Experience writing clear documentation or product specifications and managing projects end‑to‑end.
